Back to Staff ‘I love estate agency’ is Martin’s favourite phrase. With over a decade’s experience, Martin is doing the job he believes he was born to do. Starting as a trainee negotiator at a large independent estate agent, Martin quickly took to the job like a duck to water and rose through the ranks, finally managing multiple offices to record success, achieving team and individual awards. Martin has extensive knowledge of the Devon and Cornwall market having worked in Plymouth, Liskeard, Okehampton and Crediton but has sold property further afield in Bristol, Bath and Yeovil. Hard work, focus and a keen sense of why the job is important is echoed in the company motto of ‘Selling your home is our privilege’; it’s an expression that is close to Martin’s heart and at the centre of everything he does from appraising a property, conducting a viewing or registering a buyer, to name but a few examples. When Martin is not working, which is very rare, he can be found supporting his beloved Liverpool football club. Martin also enjoys music and is a huge Ben Howard fan; he has been known to sing a little, and his rendition of the Coldplay song Yellow is always well received at Karaoke Night! Email me
